Coach

I work according to the ethics and competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am currently completing the certification process for PCC ICF (Professional Certified Coach). Other important coaching schools in my career include Scrum Alliance, Ericson, and ORSC (Organizational Relationship System Coaching).

Mentor

Mentor, advisor, consigliere. Business leaders often need an independent and competent partner in their thinking. I’ve done hundreds of hours of such work with leaders from the pages of Forbes. And my personal experience as a business leader gives me a deep understanding of the nature of my clients’ challenges.

Consultant

After dozens of organizational consulting projects, and quickly notice patterns in inefficient processes in various divisions of a business. Sometimes, a timely recommendation (at the client’s request) is an effective complement to the less direct coaching process.

A lot has changed during our transformation. Our primary goal is now to be client oriented.
