A lot has changed during our transformation. Our primary goal is now to be client oriented. We discuss this a lot, analyze things…and now our analysis is based on real evaluations: sample groups, partners, trends – not just on a review from one client. We are forming a feedback loop: we do a release and get immediate feedback on how it works and how our clients feel about it. The role of IT at the bank has also changed significantly. Now, IT is a business activator. Compared to what we had before, this is an entirely different focus and understanding of the needs of the business.

Thanks to Yuriy, this transformation has happened at scale. We’ve formed teams. It was important to realize that clients spend less time with our managers in the offices than they do on the mobile application or just using their card. And so, the product itself has becomes more important for us. Not as a thing, but in terms of how clients use it. Now, we have product teams. We used to say that we have sales channels and that we are looking for a product to sell through them. Now, we create a product that meets our clients’ needs. That is the essence of our transformation.
